In-House From Start to Finish

Tooling, forming, machining, finishing and packing all happen in our own units. Nothing is sent outside, so sampling is faster, changes are made the same week, and nobody else's schedule sits inside yours.

Tooling Built On Site

Every unit has its own tool room with VMC, die-sinking EDM and wire-cut EDM. We design in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and we can work from a physical sample if no drawing exists. Typical tooling lead time is 4–6 weeks.

Tested, Not Assumed

Spectro material analysis before production, salt spray to ASTM B117, coating thickness, cross-cut adhesion and pencil hardness after it. Results are recorded per batch and are available with the shipment.

Built for Export

C-TPAT registered and shipping to more than 60 countries. Export packing, VCI protection, customer part labelling and container consolidation are handled in-house.
